Ricardo Vega – brings 40 years of experience in the business world, 24 of them with IBM.  His experiences as a Systems Engineer, Team lead, Project Manager, Development Manager, CIO and consultant have proven invaluable in the fine tuning of our products.   As a fluent speaker in Spanish and English, Ricardo is in charge of the development of the ACI system in Spanish due out later this year.  He is the Project and Development Manager in all of our internal initiatives.

Alicia Blake - An expert at designing and implementing processes and procedures that marry people and methods, Alicia is our resident logistics guru for product and service content as well as delivery. With over 20 years of practical experience as a Call Center Manager, Business Analyst, Testing Lead and Team lead, she’s been part of our team for 12 years. 

During our development cycles, Alicia leads all design requirements, testing, Quality Assurance and documentation of our systems.  You will come in contact with her as you sign up for seminars and order our products.

Steve Boice - The go-to guy when you have questions about how, Steve manages the Helpdesk and designs all of our automated help features and tutorials. With over 35 years of experience (working with Lynda-Ross for 30!), he has the answers when you need them. 

As an experienced systems architect it is up to Steve to provide guidance relative to the appropriate hardware and software for our internal systems.  As a hands-on manager, you may come in contact with him if you use our Helpdesk.

Ricky Vega - Web designer, programmer par excellence – Ricky is the technical guru behind all of our systems as well as the automation of all our products and services. A member of our team for a dozen years, he brings 15 years of real-world experience to the table. 

Ricky is the lead developer for all of our internal systems.  Our members will have the opportunity to interface with Ricky as part of their Membership benefits.
